Restaurant with terrace on the waterfront, where the menu is enriched by the chef's proposals in different cuisines
At the helm is Antoine Bertin, who trained at the École Ferrandi and worked at the Café de la Paix in Paris. He is now based in the village where Marc Meneau once worked, and where Serge Gainsbourg often stayed at the end of his life. The name is a tribute to him, and the menu is both gastronomic and creative. For example, we liked the summer vegetable millefeuille with piquillo coulis, followed by pigeon supreme with pea cream, fennel and red onion pickles, and finished with a red fruit rice pudding. A real treat!
