In spring 2023, Sebastien Martigny opened the doors of this establishment, a stone's throw from the Maison Colette. In a warm and refined dining room, he offers inventive bistronomic cuisine inspired by local... and international cuisine. As proof, on the evening of our visit, we feasted on snacked octopus and miso-colored carrot tagliatelle. Then wild sea bass and mushroom risotto, finishing with profiteroles with Tonka beans. Surprising. And delicious! Tastings and entertainment are also on offer.
