In spring 2023, Sébastien Martigny opened the doors of this establishment, 2 steps from the Maison Colette. His cuisine is bistronomic, inventive and inspired by local... and international cuisine. On the evening of our visit, we enjoyed leeks confit in olive oil, nori and salmon. This was followed by a roasted line-cut lean, colored beets, Buddha hand and mafane brède, finishing with a chocolate, caramel and bergamot entremet. Surprising. And delicious! Tastings and entertainment are also on offer.
