A house in Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye that tells the story of Colette's literary creation and her world.
It was here, in the house and garden of her birth, that Colette acquired from her mother Sido her knowledge of plants and animals, and everything that shaped her personality. The Maison de Colette, with its slate roof (identical to that of the Château de Saint-Sauveur), stands out from the other houses in the village, and recounts the literary creation and world of the great artist. As for the interior, it has been superbly reconstructed. A "book house" (as we call it) offering numerous events throughout the year. Not to be missed!
