Who said that our country villages were losing their businesses? The 900 inhabitants of Saint-Sauveur can rejoice in the opening last year of a second bakery-pastry shop. Alexis Leclerc and his partner Barbara will welcome you in their store where breads, pastries, pastries and even catering services will be offered. Almost 100% local, since organic flours, milk and honeys all come from local producers. Even the sandwiches, filled with the sweetness of the Guyolot delicatessen located just next door, in Fontenoy!
