FROMAGERIE LINCET
The company's origin dates back to 1895. Located in the villages of Saligny and Vaudes, near Sens and Chaource, Lincet is ideally situated in the heart of a land where the cheese traditions of Champagne, Burgundy and Ile de France regions intersect. Today, Lincet Fromagerie treats 33 million litres of milk with 72 producers and produces 3600 tons of cheese per year. In addition to the two local PDO of character, Langres and Chaource, the house offers soft cheeses, Léonce Savarin, Creamy du Lys, Delights of Burgundy, Cheese of Troyes and some farm goat specialities, Cream of Chaource, Saint Florentine, Farmer Yaourts… The factory store welcomes you for the direct sale of its cheeses three days a week.
