Gastronomic hotel-restaurant with a star rating offering quality cuisine with a menu of local products.

In the heart of a 5-hectare wooded park, this 3* hotel is also a gourmet restaurant offering quality cuisine, with a menu featuring local produce and fish. On our visit, the Terroir menu featured Burgundy-style snails, followed by a roll of trout fillets from Moulin de Tala poached in red wine. Before finishing with a baba with orange nage and chocolate ice cream. A restaurant recommended by many guidebooks. And a very pleasant hotel too.
