Since May 2024, media star brocante Julien Cohen has been at the helm of this establishment nestled in the heart of a 5-hectare wooded park. It's a 3* hotel, but also a restaurant offering cuisine based on local produce. On the Terroir menu, we fell in love with Burgundy-style snails, followed by roast trout, broccoli purée and lemon curcuma cream. Before finishing with a profiterole with banana ice cream, chocolate shavings and whipped cream. A table recommended by numerous guidebooks.
