Directed for many years by a former student of Bernard Loiseau, L'Atelier des Saveurs produces buffets and catering menus, to be eaten on site, delivered or taken away. And this, at very reasonable prices. Among the specialties of the house, don't hesitate to taste the snail crisp with ash butter or the andouillette bonbon. Moreover, the house has a store where you can discover many local products. One of them is the Frênette du Morvan, an artisanal sparkling wine without alcohol made here. To taste absolutely!
