This emblematic establishment of the city exists since... 1493! Among its illustrious visitors, Alexandre Dumas came to make a passage in the kitchen, and Flaubert came to finish writing L'Éducation sentimentale, when the establishment was still a hotel. But time has passed, and it is a very contemporary cuisine that we will serve you here. Many meats, but also regional dishes (eggs in meurette, marbled ham, andouillette of Troyes, snails of Burgundy...). Also worth a visit: the lounge bar open on weekends and its beautiful cocktail menu.

j'ai commandé une souris d'agneau qui n'était pas de toute première fraîcheur à mon avis, et qui de plus est arrivée froide, de plus la gérante est désagréable (crie sur son personnel en cuisine).

Très bon rapport qualité/ prix, grand choix de vins et de spiritueux... humm qu'il était bon ce Zacapa 23 ans d'âge ????
