A superb restaurant at the foot of Sens's covered market, where salads and burgers are king.
For a long time, Lou Duval was a pastry chef in Swiss palaces as well as in Paris. He also learned his trade in the kitchens of his father, chef of the "Gâtinais" (a well-known restaurant in Saint Valérien). Now he's at the helm of this new restaurant at the foot of the covered market. In an original and beautiful setting, you'll enjoy a cuisine where salads, tartines and burgers are king. We particularly liked the generous vegetarian tartine, the steak tartare (top-notch!), and the tasty Breton lemon-raspberry sablé. A very fine address.
