The table of Patrick Gauthier (1 Michelin star) is an experience in itself, combining inventiveness and great poetry. This autumn, on the Saint-Jacques menu (€128), after a few appetizers, there were scallops with watercress and osciètre caviar, followed by others with yuzu and brioche, clementine and butternut, and then foie gras and wild mushrooms. And to round off this fantastic festival of flavors, delicious desserts and mignardises. Remarkable.
