Michelin-starred restaurant in Sens, combining inventiveness, attention to detail and poetry in menus of the highest quality.

The table of Patrick Gauthier (1 Michelin star) is an experience in itself, combining inventiveness and great poetry. On the Lucullus menu (€95): after a few appetizers, a scallop, yuzu and vegetable caviar with French lisaqua prawns in fresh corn. This is followed by sweetbreads, wild mushrooms and a tasty coastal peach with beet risotto. And, of course, we finish off with some delicious desserts of the moment. Exceptional! Patrick Gauthier also runs Au Crieur de vin downtown.

Cadre agréable, service attentionné et décontracté même s'il a fallu demander plusieurs fois pour être re-servis en eau. Cuisine fine, fraîche, de saison et savoureuse. La note est un peu élevée à mon goût au regard de la prestation. C'est néanmoins une excellente adresse que je recommande. Merci au chef Patrick Gauthier et son équipe pour ce très agréable moment.

Un lieu à découvrir en urgence. Une cuisine basée sur les produits du jour choisis sur le marché et cuisinés avec raffinement. Nous nous sommes régalés et avons passé un dîner merveilleux. L'équipe est aux petits soins avec le sourire. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle pour voir cette belle équipe en action et permettant de partager, en plein service, une ambiance sereine et calme.
Et , petite cerise sur le gâteau, une vue magnifique sur l'Yonne.
