Restaurant working the products of the soil by giving to the taste of the day the recipes of former days.
This is the former bistro annex of Michelin-starred chef Patrick Gauthier in La Madeleine. In the kitchen, chef and new owner Cécile Puechbroussoux works with local produce, reviving old-fashioned recipes. On the Bistronome menu, fans will melt at the calf's head cromesqui, red onion cream, parsnip purée and coffee sauce for starters. Then there's the roast duck fillet topped with crème de cassis, with a duo of beet and glazed carrot tops. In short, creativity is the order of the day at this excellent table!
