A gastronomic institution in Senon with a wine list in an unmissable address.
A change of owner for this restaurant, which has been a local institution for over 40 years. Pierre Louis is now at the helm, and he's determined to carry on the fine tradition by offering the same refined cuisine, served in a contemporary setting. On the Tradition menu, we liked the crispy goat's cheese with bacon and peppery caramel, followed by a tajine of beef cheek with prunes, almonds and small semolina. Before finishing with a camembert crisp. All in all, top value for money!
