Here, just a few kilometers south of Sens, you can savor traditional Burgundian cuisine! But that's not all... On the highly creative Helix menu, let yourself be tempted, for example, by crispy snails with mushrooms and baby vegetables. Then try the old-fashioned calf's head with vegetables in a ravigote sauce, before concluding with a refreshing praline-glazed mazarin and custard. What a pleasure! The service is impeccable. And the auberge is also a fine hotel offering excellent value for money. We recommend it.

Single menu €35 (Business menu €19.90). A la carte menu: approx. €40. Children's menu: €12 (children under 12: €6).
