Here, a few kilometers south of Sens, you can savor traditional Burgundian cuisine! But that's not all... On the highly creative Helix menu, let yourself be tempted, for example, by foie gras pressé with figs and compote. Then try the old-fashioned veal blanquette with mushroom risotto, before concluding with a refreshing pavlova of mango, pineapple and passion fruit with coulis. A real treat!
