Friendly brasserie offering fresh and quality products with an excellent quality-price ratio.
Located in the very commercial Rue du Plat d'Étain, just behind the covered market and 2 steps from the cathedral, this brasserie offers fresh, quality products. On the day of our visit, we enjoyed (on the menu) the gorgonzola-cooked egg, followed by ham à la chablisienne, and finished off with an oven-baked caramelized apple. We also recommend the chaource hash brown casserole. As for the rest, the service is friendly and the setting pleasant. In short, this is a fine address that brings the heart of the town to life.
