BRASSERIE L'ANGELUS
At the foot of the cathedral, for 5 years "L'Angelus" was a champagne bar. Since the end of 2024, a new team and a new concept: here it is, a cosy bar-brasserie offering all the classics of the genre: salads, meat, fish, burgers, croque-monsieur, and a few regional dishes too, such as the inevitable boeuf bourguignon, œuf en meurette or the flaky cassolette of Burgundy snails. On the day of our visit, among the chef's suggestions, we enjoyed a homemade duck confit before finishing with profiteroles. A fine table.
