Estate offering a tour and tasting of their very first bottles from their work

Sénonais was once a major wine-growing region. Unfortunately, competition from wines from the south of the Yonne, phylloxera and the 1st World War led to the disappearance of the vines. Since 2019, some enthusiasts have been changing things. After planting their first hectares on plots in Saint-Martin-du-Tertre, the first wines are now available, made from pinot noir, pinot gris and chardonnay grapes, all organically grown. Tours of the vineyards and winery are available, as well as hiking and cultural excursions.
