As a child, Jean-François Feuillette enjoyed watching his father bake. He followed in his father's footsteps, and began an apprenticeship that he perfected with Pierre Hermé, then at the George V in Paris. In 2009, he opened his first bakery in Blois. Such is his success that Feuillette has now become a chain, present all over France! In 2023, it opened in Auxerre. Since the start of the school year in 2024, Feuillette has been in Sens, where the warm atmosphere, comfortable restaurant space and quality of the product offering have quickly convinced customers.
