This octagonal tower, built in 1858, dominates the heights of the village. It was built on the orders of Abbot Plagnard in honor of the Virgin Mary in order to thank her for having watched over the inhabitants involved in the Crimean War, more specifically, the capture of the Malakoff tower in 1854. Made of Domecy and Coutarnoux stones, it measures 8.5 meters while a statue of the Virgin Mary has been placed at its top.
