CHÂTEAU DE FLEURIGNY
The castle is an ancient fortress of the fourteenth century. It had preserved its medieval plan with its round towers, but was dismantled during the Hundred Years' War. Redesigned and completely restored in the sixteenth century, its owners would not cease to embellish it in the seventeenth century. The interior has such a beautiful room of Louis XIII with wooden panels. One of its wings was demolished, opening the old square courtyard onto the Oreuse valley. One of the main buildings was completely rebuilt in the eighteenth century. Its end was completed in the early nineteenth century. Significant specificity, the castle has always been owned by the same family since the sixteenth century.
