An address with a terrace that offers a sober and classic local cuisine.
A beautiful green building, a lovely terrace, two pleasant dining rooms, a fine collection of coffee grinders, and classic yet creative cuisine, including, on the menu at the time of our visit, a carpaccio of Thai marinated Bomlo salmon with creamy avocado mascarpone, followed by a tournedos of snacked duck with fine stuffing and morello cherry ratafia sauce. Finishing with a rum and Curaçao parfait glacé. To all this must be added the perfect welcome from hosts Eric and Isabelle Sausset. There's no doubt about it, this is an address well worth a visit. And to taste!
