It took two years of extensive renovation to transform an old building into a splendid home. Since mid-December 2024, overlooking Halle Daret, "La Balustre" has taken over the former "L'Escalier" art gallery (which was one of Tonnerre's great success stories decades ago!) to offer an original and unique third-party venue. Here, you can eat, take part in tastings, visit exhibitions, attend concerts, training courses, artists' workshops or seminars. The Chevalier d'Eon's hometown will be even more dynamic!
