The Salon des Vins des Hospices de Tonnerre, more simply called the Salon des Vins de Tonnerre, has been in existence for 28 years. If several vineyards are represented, the exhibition gives pride of place to Burgundy wines. In 2019, more than forty appellations and about forty winegrowers were represented at the show.
