Here's an address widely acclaimed by the people of Tonnerre, and with good reason: after a notable stint at the Plaza Athénée and the Taillevent cellar (no less!), sommelier Patrice Vidaller decided to settle in Tonnerre a few years ago. His ambition? To introduce visitors to exceptional wines and spirits, as well as more affordable, quality wines. Of course, his advice is always top-notch, and so is the atmosphere.
