Opening in 2023, run by Eva and Yohann Rolland and helmed by chef Yohann Rolland (who worked at Bernard Loiseau's in Saulieu), "L'Ataraxie" will offer creative cuisine full of rich flavors. On the market menu, we loved the pumpkin in a delicate soup with local walnuts and a drizzle of exceptional olive oil, followed by the catch of the day, its organic quinoa and paprika-flavored fumet. To conclude with a refined autumn fruit compote, orange blossom whipped cream and William pear sorbet. Absolutely excellent!

Une cuisine excellente une équipe dynamique et accueillante . On s’est régalé ! On reviendra très vite !
Petit bémol, le jour de notre réservation nous étions vers la baie vitrée et porte d'entrée et là une fraîcheur se faisait sentir pendant le repas.
