Located in Vaudeurs, in the Pays d'Othe region of Burgundy-Franche-Comté, EARL Louisette et Serge Frottier is a cider farm offering tastings of its products. For six generations, the Frottier family has been producing Pays d'Othe cider, as well as apple juice and cider ratafia from old local apple varieties such as Avrolles, Nez de chat and Cul d'oison. In a former cowshed, visitors can taste these products and learn more about cider production. The on-site Musée de la pomme et du cidre displays several old cider presses, including a parrot-wheel press dating back over two centuries. Tours of the farm are also available, as is a room that can accommodate up to 60 people for groups.
