One of Burgundy's finest addresses awaits you at this welcoming inn. A place where gastronomy triumphs, with a menu featuring local specialties and creative suggestions from the excellent chef Bernard Gillot, distinguished by all the gastronomic guides, including a Michelin Bib gourmand. At the end of the year, we were delighted by a tasty lobster, one of the house specialties, but above all by a Truffle menu celebrating the season's sweets. A veritable explosion of flavors. And a gourmet's paradise!

Owner's Message
Bernard Gillot is a cook who welcomes you with his wife in a beautiful and cosy room with the culture of the fresh product. That it is for the fish, according to the arrivals and season or the meat.
Menu from 25€ with for example! poached eggs in meurette sauce and garlic croutons or duck terrine, followed by a coq au vin, cheese plate and dessert such as an amandine tartlet with pears or a crumble with seasonal fruits.
Menu at 38€ with starter, fish or meat and 48€ if three courses. With, for example, after the appetizers, duck foie gras with essence of port, monkfish medallion with chorizo! Menu at 54€ with 3 courses or 44€ for 2 courses: escalope of foie gras fried with rhubarb or lobster and scampi gratin with sparkling aniseed butter, then hibiscus granita followed by a fillet of beef with morel mushrooms for example or sweetbreads braised with noilly prat, the cheese platter or white cheese in faisselle then the dessert menu!
Still on the menu are snails, saddle of lamb with Provençal vegetables or roast pigeon supreme with its confit legs... The wine list is just as good, taste the selection of Yonne wines, particularly refined: Bourgogne Vézelay from Elise Villiers, Coulanges from Houblin in Migé, Côte d'Auxerre from Domaine Goisot and the grey wine from Joigny, Côte-Saint-Jacques from Domaine Vignot!
