At Le Valucien (ex-Louis XIII), Franco Bowanee (1 Michelin star) and Karina Laval (crowned "Cheffe Pâtissière" 2024 by Gault & Millau Bourgogne) will deliver the very finest gastronomy. On the Menu Chasse, we're delighted with the œuf en meurette, named "World Champion of Creativity 2020", followed by the supreme of pheasant, fig of the sea, with a play of textures around celeriac. The wine list is obviously up to scratch. And the beautiful grounds add to the pleasure!
