Hotel 3é toiles and a restaurant of the soil located on a park of 5 ha.
For some 30 years, this former watermill has been a gourmet destination. The 5-hectare park is home to a 3-star hotel and a local restaurant run by chef Jean-Pierre Vaury (born in the very heart of the mill!). Here, it's everything we love: human warmth, comfort and high quality! There are also regular discovery weekends, including Burgundy truffle and local wine evenings. Electricity terminals are also available.

Non loin de la sortie d'autoroute Auxerre Sud, se trouve cette bonne adresse. Perdu au milieu des champs, ce moulin invite au repos et à la réflexion. L'accueil est excellent avec une attention particulière au besoin de chacun. Le chef, très doué, enchantera vos papilles. Les enfants ont une place de choix dans ce restaurant.
