Restaurant offering dishes rich in flavours and colours

Three Gault & Millau Toques and a star followed by a Michelin Guide Sustainable Gastronomy label: Jérôme Jaeglé and his Alchémille are on a roll! The young chef cultivates an unfailing love for vegetables, fruit, herbs and other plants that grow in his own market garden or come from hand-picked local producers. He composes dishes rich in flavour and colour that are very poetically arranged on the plate. Here is an address where taste ecstasy reaches new heights! Reservation essential.
