Restaurant located in front of the covered market of Charny proposing a traditional and inventive cooking.

This former 17th-century coaching inn faces the Charny covered market. You'll be served traditional and inventive cuisine. During our visit, we really enjoyed the ballotine of goat's crottin and smoked bacon on gingerbread, followed by a sauté of wild boar Burgundy style with pomme amandine and redcurrant jelly. We finished with a chocolate pyramid, chestnut mousse and clementine jelly, accompanied by a palet breton. The establishment is also a hotel. All at very reasonable prices.

hôtel logis de France, l'établissement est fidèle au standard du label, belle chambre avec salle de bain en suite et très fonctionnelle, correctement équipée, et très propre, nous avons tester le restaurant :excellent. L'accueil est au top et l'equipe brillante. Proche de tous commerces et en plein centre du marché le dimanche matin. Je conseille une petite balade à l'étang à quelques mètres, visite du chocolatier créateur de gout, peche à la truite, soirée cabaret à la Ruche Gourmande, visite des chateaux de GrandChamp, Montigny et Prunoy, ... Bref sans faute ....!!
