AUBERGE DES VIEUX MOULINS BANAUX
Restaurant with gastronomic accents located in an old water mill from the 16th century.
Set in a former 16th-century watermill and its wooded park, this establishment run by Christophe and Priscilia De Clercq is above all an excellent gourmet restaurant that's a must-try. On the "Sympathique" menu, we enjoyed a farandole of oysters with Terre et Pays d'Othe lentils, followed by a fricassee of winegrower's kidney. Before finishing with a warm Saint-Marcellin and homemade gingerbread. Delicious! One of the finest restaurants in the region.
