The Summer Harmonies celebrate love! If there is a feeling that inspires the creative act, that is its founding element, its spiritual and carnal nourishment, it is love or loves, so great is the range of different states of love, as numerous as the musical nuances themselves. Thus, in a language with troubling correspondences, the procrastination of the loving soul, the transient love, the fickle love, the amorous reverie or the exacerbated passion that can lead to madness and death are expressed. The music distills all of this with its sweet, intoxicating, caressing, heady, even obsessive perfume; it builds up power in frenzied crescendos, and distills shivers and ecstasy!
