Here, by the river, the burger comes in a variety of forms. The Troyen, for example, is made with andouillette. As for the Gascon, it features homemade duck foie gras with onion confit, pepper sauce and steak. If you prefer something a little lighter, you'll find that meat à la plancha is delicious.
