Here, by the river, the burger comes in a variety of forms. The Troyen, for example, is made with andouillette. As for the Gascon, it features homemade duck foie gras with onion confit, pepper sauce and steak. If you prefer something a little lighter, you'll find that meat à la plancha is delicious. As are the aperitif boards to share. A gourmet restaurant that regularly hosts events and theme evenings (sauerkraut, etc.). With a shady terrace in summer and a lovely fireplace in winter!
