Pizzeria offering pizzas to go with flour from organic and local agriculture.
It is in Aillant-sur-Tholon that the Gonçalves brothers will concoct their delicious pizzas to take away. Among our favourites, the surprising "Pizz'Salade", with young shoots, goat's cheese, apples and duck breast seasoned with fresh cream and honey vinegar. Or the "l'Espagnole" which contains chorizo, candied pepper, merguez, egg and Spanish spices. If you wish, for an extra euro you can even choose a pastry made with flour from organic and local agriculture in partnership with the neighbouring Fermes du Ravillon!
