LA PALETTE
Creative and refined cuisine by chef Henri Gagneux.
To sit down at Henri Gagneux's is a source of ineffable happiness! The chef at this Table Distinguée (Logis) is unrivalled in transforming tasty dishes into colourful works of art. Faithful to the slow food philosophy, he creates dishes that take your taste buds on a journey, such as this crispy codfish and its colombo langoustine jelly or this roasted sweetbread served with a vegetable tagine and Addis Ababa sauce. In addition to a flawless catering service, Henri Gagneux opens the doors of his delicatessen just next door to the restaurant.

If it were a time when this address was worth a visit, and even after the father floranc, it is no longer the worth now look.
Flavours of other and try tube it is fun 5 minutes, but year you get the feeling that the inspiration is broken down.
The cuisine Monsieur Gagneux is always a success, but nothing more than other hotels in the region.
Negative special mention for the service and the sommelier. The advice is not the goods, it is not serious, it is enough for in addition to despite the pout of the latter, but the service is below accommodation prices of lamai. You will bring you boutielle of a litre water instead of a half by making you understand that you did not say a half, and for a second glass of wine the person with the service also you " it is not me but I go transmettre" and you will have your drink at the end of the meal, for dessert...
Things lived of course.
There are many other address that I recommend (see my critics) but not that there,
