LES CAILLES DE CHANTELOUP
CAILLES DE CHANTELOUP is a family farm that has been raising quails for over 42 years. The only producer in Brittany, the farm is committed to animal welfare. Christophe Primault, a passionate breeder, personally looks after his quails 7 days a week, from rearing to slaughter. He offers ready-to-cook quail (fresh or frozen), cuts (crapaudine, chanteloupette, cuisse, filet), eggs and tasty verrines (ready-to-serve dishes, terrine and rillettes). He also raises silken hens, sold live or ready-to-cook, as well as pheasants, partridges and squabs.
