Since February 2020, Alexandra Sturn and Olivier Piot have opened their bakery-pastry shop in the heart of Saint-Énogat in reference to their specialty the chouquette filled with vanilla cream: to die for! Olivier, a member of the Compagnons du Devoir, offers melting and generous baguettes made with flour from La Pétrie in Javron-les-Chapelles in Mayenne. A wide range of organic breads is also offered as well as the famous buckwheat bread with the good taste of Breton pancakes. To treat yourself, try their chouquettes and their Ukrainian!
