Guillaume Piron and Jérémy Tircelin are at the head of this newcomer that offers nearly 300 varieties of cheese from France and Italy. These two passionate people will give you good advice and will open their doors with friendliness and good mood. You will also find some creamery and some good little bottles to accompany everything. Enough to satisfy your gastronomic desires especially since the local producers located at 70 km in the round will be honored. A nice place to discover!
