In the heart of the city, the Galon Ar Breizh welcomes you in elegant surroundings. The establishment stands out with its high ceilings, ribbed windows and chandeliers. Stéphane Galon is a Master Restaurateur, with a passion for local produce and a respect for the environment and the seasons. On the menu? Pepper-crusted Cochon du Chenot, fillet of plaice soufflé with seaweed, fresh homemade pasta and guinea fowl salmis, squab breast and vegetables in turnovers. Warm welcome and excellent seasonal cuisine. Delicious.
