La table de Marni, by Martin Gardan and Nina Arraez, has a simple ambition: to let you enjoy fine home cooking. In a modern decor of gray, black, gold and wood, the duo serve refined dishes: good and well done! For example, let yourself be tempted by a filet of sea bream, parsnip purée and a declination of forgotten vegetables glazed with a wasabi sauce, or a roast chicken supreme, chestnut-stuffed carrot en gouttière, yellow carrot purée and red curry sauce. On Sunday lunchtimes, we come to brunch with family and friends.
