Restaurant based in Fougères, offering a selection of products at excellent value for money.

Opened in 2023, the L'EssenCiel by Jean-Marie Baudic restaurant has already found its stride, with its Thursday night blind evenings always packed to the rafters. Lunch offers excellent value for money, when you consider that the products selected come from the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur production chain. Velvet armchairs and carpeted floors create a soft, warm atmosphere. Breton products such as Roscoff onions, smoked sausage, scallops and puffed buckwheat are to be discovered seasonally. A wonderful discovery.
