The L'EssenCiel by Jean-Marie Baudic restaurant has already earned itself a fine reputation, with its sold-out Thursday evening blind dinner parties. Lunch at L'EssenCiel offers excellent value for money, especially when you consider that the produce selected is sourced from the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur production chain. Velvet armchairs and carpeted floors create a soft, warm atmosphere. Delightful dishes include monkfish medallion, ravioli stuffed with sorrel, beurre blanc and trout egg, spinach and baby carrots with sage. A fine discovery.

Wir haben das donnerstagliche Überraschungsmenue genossen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Ambiente können etwas gemütlicher sein und wir hätten nicht unbedingt den ganzen Abend die Beatles gebraucht.. ;-)
