L'Aubinière is an organic farm specializing in the production of fruit juices, ciders and perries. The products are made according to the ancestral method, using only fruit from their own orchards. Julien Brunel and Christine Saffray know what they're talking about, especially since their products are on the menu of chef Alain Passard! On-site tastings are available free of charge before you make your choice. For cider vinegar lovers, L'Aubinière also offers a non-pasteurized, sulfite-free variety.
