With its totally organic breads, this bakery is steeped in traditional savoir-faire. The period bread oven, the old stones and the Châteaugiron fresco testify to the reputation and quality of this house, whose reputation has also been built on its fine collection of speciality breads. Alouette, Menhir, petit épeautre and Tourte de Meule are all made with sourdough. Pretzels and flûtes garnies are perfect for aperitifs. Le pain est vraiment excellent, j'ai une préférence pour le ciabatta et le pain aux céréales. La brioche est pas mal non plus. Chaque saison, de nouveaux gâteaux font leur apparition. Vendeuse très sympa.
