MAISON BEUCHER
The Beucher house is the heritage of the traditional charcuterie of grandfather Jules who passed on, among other things, the recipe of his famous terrine. Local products are always cooked with the same recipes handed down from generation to generation. The delicatessen section is now as full as the butcher's and delicatessen shop: sausage rougail, bouchées à la reine, duck leg with pepper, puff pastry with blood sausage and various cold salads in summer. You can still buy Bordier butter and Dame Cerise jams at the corner grocery store. Sure values! The people of Rennes meet up with the caterer from Castelgiron at the Marché Central and every Saturday at the Marché des Lices.
