L'ACIBULÉE DE SAINT FERNAN
L'Acibulée de Saint-Fernan is a beautiful story born in Brittany in Châteaugiron, that of Cécile and Jean-Philippe who decided to go back in the family history and create a cider for demanding palates, a cider that invites itself on the beautiful tables at the time of the aperitif or around a brunch. With the help of the Centre Culinaire Contemporain de Rennes, they have developed a unique recipe, both fruity and tangy with 50% apples and 50% pears. Low in alcohol, tasty, refreshing, it is a cider that can be bought in several delicatessens (L'épicerie du Mail, Cavavin in Rennes) or caterers (Maison Beucher in Châteaugiron).
