Small in size, but great in quality, this cheese dairy offers more than a hundred matured cheeses: farmhouse Munster, Brillat-Savarin, Bleu des Causses, various pressed cheeses - Comté, Beaufort... - as well as local cheeses such as this delicious tomme de brebis au cidre from the Local à Fromages à Nouvoitou. Delphine Latierre also makes cheese platters associated with local jams cooked in cauldrons - black cherry and ewe's milk, pear and blue, redcurrant and comté - and wines from independent winegrowers. An epicurean address!

Plateaux fromages excellents
Grignoter du fromage en apéro avec les fromages de Delphine fait partie des petits plaisirs dont on ne pourrait plus se passer. Elles proposent d’excellents chèvres, différents goudas (le cumin reste mon préféré !), des comtés fruités et bien affinés, des pâtes persillées divines sur des pains d’épices... bref une excellente adresse dans le bourg !
