Un moment très agréable mêlant soin visage et massage. Rituel cocoon offert pour me relaxer pendant ma grossesse.

Venue pour un massage rituel cocoon d'1h30, j'ai eu le droit à 20min de massage du dos ( ou plutôt papouilles ridicules ) puis un soin du visage à la place d'un massage ciblé, tout aussi ridicule. Personnel non acueillant, plus d'attente des préparations et de soins que la pose et le massage en lui même. Sortie avec un mal dans la nuque je déconseille cet institut, de l'argent jeté par les fenêtres, leur fenêtre.

I placed an order on the site O To Rennes the 3/21/2012 and I immediately received a confirmation email and followed by the parcel. I took delivery parcel the 3/24/2012 (I paid by credit card: E credit card). The 4 products have been carefully extensive and protected in a cardboard with the tailored format, I even received 3 samples in " accord" with my products (brand Dr Hauschka). Moreover, the prices are very interesting and I did not pay final sending (there is no minimum purchase!). I am delighted ordered products and I will recommend without doubt! thank you O To Be Well its professionalism (welcome on the pleasant site, with the sound of water, excellent service and quality/price, availability: excellent because the basket is not vida at the end of X minutes on other great!).

Guest faithful since 2 years of this space to Rennes. With each my passages (once a month) I am delighted by the attention is given to me including by the quality of the given treatments. So I allow this eulogistic commentary today. One too often forget about when you will really a place. Highly recommended :)

Business is business.
When I arrive for my treatment, man at the reception offers me to wait in a room where various organic products such as tea or bars cereals house are available. These products are paying. That begins.
Then comes the moment from the hammam. A towel is lent to us and left for 30 minutes hammam. One offers a cafe me, I accept. At the end of 30 minutes, the hammam is finished. No coffee. Or even water drink while you are désydraté. Finally, I keep my dipped towel hammam I pack to go to the treatment (hygiene?! comfort?!).
There is nothing to say for massage: soft and attentive young woman.
At the end of the massage, one offers me to be rolled up in my towel (always!) soaked to go to a cabin. Not thank you
With force to invite for sale and cut down on all the small " plus" appreciated by the clientele, they will not encourage me to many mi even recommend them.

Par ailleurs, je vais régulièrement environ une fois tous les 2 mois pour une épilation des soucils mais depuis environ 6 mois beaucoup de choses ont changé (et pas en bien), je vais donc aussi partir ailleurs pour l'épilation .
Avant, il y'avait plusieurs esthéticiennes elles sont toutes parties d'un seul coup , il ne reste plus qu'une seule esthéticienne très gentille et compétente mais qui doit gérer toute seule la boutique et les épilations dans une cabine isolée...
Il me paraît pourtant évident qu'une seule personne ne peut pas être au four et au moulin en même temps, les conditions de travail de cette employée me semblent révoltantes...
Par conséquent, je n'ose plus revenir y faire mes achats car je ne vois pas comment une seule personne peut s'occuper des clientes en boutique et d'une autre cliente en cabine !!
Par ailleurs, cela ne donne pas une bonne image de la boutique et dans ces conditions je n'ai plus envie d'y retourner .
